1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account with Bet005 ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Kenya to use Bet005. By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at info@bet005.co.ke if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. One account per person. Multiple accounts may result in suspension.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits are processed via M-Pesa, Airtel Money, T-Kash, and other supported payment methods. Minimum deposit is Ksh 50. Withdrawals are processed to your registered mobile number and may take up to 24 hours. We reserve the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms. Bonuses may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: (a) use our platform for money laundering or any illegal activity; (b) create multiple accounts to abuse bonuses; (c) use bots, scripts, or automated software; (d) attempt to manipulate game outcomes; (e) harass other users or our staff.
7. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms. In case of fraud or abuse, funds may be forfeited and legal action may be taken.
8. Limitation of Liability
Bet005 is provided "as is". We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions, technical failures, or user error. Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the balance in your account.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
